Turnover on 100kg a month?
Can anyone tell me what your expected turnover on coffee sales should be at 100 kg per month ?
100kg a month of what? Roasted coffee sales, drinking coffee sales selling green beans? Pretty broad question for a persons first question.
Some more information may help
I don't run a coffee shop, but assuming your talking about drinking coffee sales and not sales of beans, then assuming 20g of coffee per cup (assuming double shots of 14g or 15g + wastage) gives 5000 cups of coffee to 100kg of beans. Times that by your price per cup - say $4, gives $20,000.
… minus loan repayments, insurance, power, water, takeaway cups/trays, maintenance, milk/soy, staffing, rent, depreciation on gear … (for coffee making)
… or for roasted - minus loan repayments, insurance, power, gas, packaging, maintenance, staffing, rent, depreciation on gear, vehicle …
I'd guess clearing $1000 on 100kg coffee could be in the ballpark?
...different to profit !
