Can anyone recommend a good book on coffee that explains all the different regions and their qualities. Also that includes the coffee tasting "wheel" (brightness, earthy etc) and that explains that too.
I really like James Hoffmann's World Atlas of Coffee... not sure that it takes you through the tasting wheel but you can really do that using Google.
The specialty coffee book NSW is a good one, particularly if you live in NSW as it highlights all the good cafes including the beans and roasting methods they use.
Has a fair amount of info on coffee origins and regions, not sure if it has tasting wheel though.
