Does anyone know how long it takes for Coffee Cherries to Ripen? I have had cherries on my trees now for close to 2 months and they are still quite green.

Hi Shane, they can take anywhere from 6 weeks to 12 weeks or more , depending on where you live, temperatues, etc. Rain events / watering at certain times even while fruiting can also have different effects on ripening. Once they start to colour up a bit, some can turn fully ripe ( deep maroon colour ) quite quickly. Don't be tempted to pick half ripe fruit - wait till a full dark red all over. ( Normally feel slightly easier to pluck from the branch.)
