The next step in water filtration for commercial espresso machines.

Essentially this filtration system softens the water to preserve your machine then allows you to add magnesium and potassium to take the TDS upto desired level (100-150ish). This is soo clever as the the process of softening water isn't the best for flavour as the TDS are well below desired level. The ability to add mag and potass back into the water for brewing allows for the production of super sweet coffee.
