Hi all,

My church is moving coffee into a semi-permanent tent thing for a year or two while our main building gets built. Someone has offered to make us a coffee cart to hold the machine etc that we might also use for some events. They've asked me to give them a sketch with dimensions for them to manufacture. Does anyone have a basic coffee cart layout (with or without dimensions) or ideas of best practice in regards to layout? It'll have a 2 group San Marco 85E, SM92 grinder, water filters, and clean and dirty water containers. I'm assuming we'll put a bar fridge in too. Any info I can use as a starting point will be appreciated, including do's and don'ts. I can figure it out myself but if someone's done it before I'd appreciate the experience.
