Gday all, first time post.. looking to do a barista course with a few friends around the sydney area.
has anybody done a great course that they enjoyed?
point me in the right direction.
I did the Toby's Estate one a few years ago, really enjoyed it. It was the half day course and you had the choice of using a Rocket premium plus V2 or V3 or a Breville double boiler.
Is the focus on espresso or milk-based coffees? I have heard that some courses are very focused on making good milk based coffees hence the question
It was a pretty general coverage of all aspects from correct grind size, to tasting espresso's (bitter, sour, etc) and then to milk based drinks.
