Yep - can you hit the logo with a crossbow bolt as it rotates? 10 bonus points.

If the equipment has the accuracy sure, I could do that.

Itís not a bad concept, but itís just too small. Would be better if it could brew up to say 600ml. Also youíre limited to the built in metal filter which isnít ideal either.

I could see it having some use of it was like a V60 and the whole coffee bed rotated. This looks like the coffee sits in the static filter below while the rotating funnel above directs the water into the funnel, it's still not going to have the in and out motion required to get all the coffee.

    G'day Java "being modest" phile

When using my friend's crossbow over (say) 40 metres (approximately 44 yards in the US) the only issue would be the timing of the trigger mechanism - it has a very slight delay. He routinely destroys bolts by consecutive shots hitting the end of the previous bolt. Dead accurate is what he calls it...

Time to add that in 1980 a WA neural micro-surgeon and myself combined a chemical lab stirrer (the magnetic pellet type) with a coffee plunger. Result: does plunger coffee a lot faster and more evenly without the stewed taste inherent in the plunger process. Still works well every summer for iced coffees, as I prefer espresso makers for the hot stuff. An aeropress does not come close to the much clearer, cleaner taste it delivers into the cuppa. So easy to do I suspect we did not invent the concept and are not the only long term users of such a gadget.

This "Aroma: Effortless Automatic Pour-Over Coffee Maker" is more or less the same stirrer concept in a pourover - which would actually be less effective anyway as a quick slosh is not equal to an actual "stir all contents constantly" arrangement.
