    Howdy folks,

Im wondering if anyone knows of anyone that does demos of how to use/get the best from your home espresso machine. This needs to be done in at a work place at the Docklands, Melbourne.

You see, were having a work function and I was asked if I could do such a demo coupled with some tasting of the resulting brews.

In general, what were looking at doing is :
-show people how to brew an espresso using a home machine - grinding, dosing, tamping, and the golden rule of 30/60ml in 25-30 secs
-what to look for in a pour - blonding, channeling, etc
    -texturing milk
-maybe some espresso appreciation from the resulting brews

Theres isnt much money in the kitty to pay for a demo as the aim is to raise funds that go to charity.
So I was thinking of doing the demo myself using my VBM Levetta. I dont want to lug the thing in to work, etc, etc.

So....does anyone know anyone that does such events in an office environment?
OR, even better are there any site sponsors out there that can do this in Melbourne, Docklands? <---my preference
OR, I might just hire a single group HX machine like a VBM Super??? and use my Mazzer mini and do the demo myself! Thats if I can hire one for an afternoon. Anyone know where I can hire one for the day?

Looking forward to seeing some responses. The event is on Friday June 20, so theres still time to work something out...
