    A Swimming Pool of Coffee

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Quote from Food Australia Journal - June 2008. "According to the results of a national Newspoll survey in January 2008 7.5 million Australians are drinking enough instant coffee each day to fill one and half Olympic size swimming pools.
The survey also found that 75% of people drink their daily instant coffee before 9 a.m." :-?

    How gross is that?
We will just have to educate them as to what they are missing out on fellow CSers. :o

I wonder what chemicals are used to bind the instant granuals ??

Makes you wonder what made some person sit down and work out how much instant (I wont call it coffee) was drunk and when it was drunk. It would seem to me they have been drinking to much instant. ;)

    I drink my first coffee at 7:00am M - F.

So the morning ritual would seem to be the same.
Tea drinkers probably do the sam.

I wonder if I can get a grant to study that?

I have been meaning to look into what process does coffee go through for it to become instant coffee.

Does anyone have any understanding what happens to coffee for it to become instant? Or can anyone send me any links? (Not that I ever drink ! ).
