Help: Water Volumes for std vs ristretto

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi anyone,

I need to finish calibrating the work machine tomorrow (did a quick fix before the weekend).

If I calibrate the normal coffee button so that the water volume is 30ml for a single shot, what water volume should I use for a ristretto? (the machine uses the same grammage for both shots).

    Thanks.

well to program a machine, make sure you actually take in to account the saturation of water in the coffee. The best way to do it is to make espressos in the programming mode.
