    Ready Steady Cook

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
I was watching Ready Steady Cook today, well I walked into the TV room when my wife was watching it. But behind them on the wall was a coffee machine that looked kind of funky but I cant read the writing on the it.

So has anyone seen this and know what type of machine it is?

No, they had them some time ago. These ones are larger and have the group head on the left side and the steamer on the right.

    But thanks anyway. :)

I noticed that machine too and was just telling my wife about it. I also remember telling her its a double boiler machine but both boilers are the size of the Gaggia boilers which is small for that price. I remember reading somewhere that the kitchenaids use the exact same parts as the Gaggias. They are priced around the $1000 mark so theyre not cheap and overpriced I reckon.

:D Hay thanks, thats the one.
:( Bummer its not all that good.

$1000 is great for a good double boiler machine but not if its just two gaggias in the one case. The Gaggia does pull a half decent shot but the milk takes forever.

I still like the retro look though.

    Behmor Brazen - $249 - Free Freight
Theres nothing wrong with these machines performance wise, they pull an excellent espresso. Its just that the price is way too high for what the machine actually is; they do look good though and maybe thats enough for some... 8-)
