Movers and shakers at Pioneer Coffee

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Well Im counting the last few days at Pioneer and tying up all the loose ends. The good news is that Pioneer has now got Australian Barista Champion Tim Adams on board as Operations Manager. Tims roles will include taking on the head barista and trainer position. This is great news for all frequenters of Pioneer Coffee as well as any coffeesnobs who want to do 1 on 1 training with Tim.

    More details to come...

Great move guys (Pioneer and Cleanskin) ....... wishing you every success.

    Jason,

Do IR12s have their own identity or is it same roaster, different address?
I gather you must have started at Cleanskin already?

Hi Nigel, funny enough they are 2 different roasters. Besides the different control systems the big difference is in the airflow and gas rates. Same end product is achievable but with a different approach........... slightly

    Hi Kate & Tim,
Great to read your post. We are leaving the cold for sunny Brissie and hope to have a coffee (lunch) with you on Monday 27th . Having watched Tim on the internet doing his World Championship Barista performance we cannot wait to see him in action and have a great coffee and a chat. Herbie.

Dropped in there a couple of weeks ago coming back from Noosa and had a nice double espresso. Bought some nice beans too, the Brazil Daterra and the Panamanian made a sweet blend. :)

Hope the sore back is getting better!

    Cheers
