...and what a great Christmas it has been too.

Good coffee, good friends and some "ok" relos :) made it a great day.

My kids (errr with help from the missus) made me some Ismaili dark Chocolates. Darn good too! Aparently it was an Ismaili roast that was a tad dark but cover the little buggers in chocolate and shazam, the perfect munchie. ;)

Hope Santa found everyones chiminey and that 2006 is a fantastic year for all.

And for Christmas next year I want a 3-group commercial machine to cater (quickly) for all the orders for after-dinner lattes and espressos.

Poor old Silvia didnt know what hit her! Shes just starting to recover.

tis not as silly as it first sounds. I know that when we have people over the queue for cuppas can get quite long. The Boema keeps-up with the steam a-ok but an extra group would be handy as everyone drinks doubles now (maybe I shouldnt have converted them!)

    Re: Merry Christmas

Well, even if I could afford one, I would first have to buy a house to fit it in *;D

In my case, as much as they complain, if I have lots of visitors, they get coffee from a moka pot. *

I have those in various sizes, starting from a two cup (that I use if my machine is at the doctors *:D) to a huge one (cant remember how many cups, the biggest on the market - it is slightly different, hasnt got a top part except for a spout, you have to put you own jug under the spout)

I refuse to spend the whole night standing in the kitchen making coffee
