    Looking for a long term career in the coffee industry?

    Store Manager / Barista is needed in Bondi Junction


    Di Bartoli is the first Home Barista Centre in Australia and an innovative leader in the industry. We have a retail store in Bondi Junction that provides all products and services for the Home Barista.

    We sell quality domestic coffee machines, all related accessories and tools and our own freshly roasted beans. We also provide all related technical services as well as coffee making training for different levels.

    We are now recruiting! We look for an exceptional individual to join our family team for a full time, Store Manager / Barista position: Tue, Wed & Frid 9am-5:30p, Thur 9am-7pm, Sat 10am-4pm.

    Some of the responsibilities you will handle include:

    • Espresso Bar operation: coffee making, supplies and counter display
    • Store Sales: coffee makers, beans, accessories and cleaning products
    • Receiving / dispatching machines for repair
    • Merchandising: stock count, receiving goods, stock placement
    • In-store pricing and promotion display
    • Machines / Grinders Sales: demonstration, customer’s assessment & recommendation, finalizing sales
    • Basic One-on-one Home Barista training
    • General cleaning tasks

    The Successful candidate must be:

    • A Coffee Lover
    • A fast learner with a ‘yes’ attitude, who acts fast, work hard and multi-task easily
    • Able to work unsupervised, mature and responsible
    • Friendly, outgoing, enjoying and comfortable working with the public
    • In good health with neat appearance and good manners
    • An Australian Resident

    You should have the following experience and skills:

    • Proven record in coffee making excellence, working as a Barista for a minimum of 12 months (or being an experienced Home Barista enthusiast)
    • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and high standards of customer service
    • Computer literate, experience working with all Windows Applications

    The following are a plus:

    • Working experience in a retail environment
    • Available to start immediately
    • Quick Books proficiency
    • Sales experience
    • Valid NSW driver license
