    All communication regarding the Sydney Latte art is to go to nswbarista@aasca.com not enquiries@aasca.com

    Barista Champions Espresso Bar
    A chance for the general public to taste and be exposed to the highest standard of espresso coffee. Members of the public will be given the chance to chat to some of the countrys Champion Baristas, see how they work and of course, taste their coffee. All past champions of AASCA endorsed events are invited to take control of the espresso machine, whether the title be at a regional, state, national or world level. Champions are asked to email nswbarista@aasca.com to let us know you will be coming.

    AASCA Meeting Area
    There will be a roped off meeting area for AASCA members, a great place to meet with fellow AASCA members and sit down and make yourself a coffee from the supplied machine. The AASCA area will have information available to its members, regarding upcoming events and things to look forward to. For those not already an AASCA member, you can sign up for an annual membership and get invovled in your specific guild at this location.

    Volunteers
    Recently there has been much talk of how to get involved in the barista competitions, well here is your chance to do exactly that. We will require as many hands as possible to ensure that the day runs as smooth as possible. If you are interested in any of the following areas or simply want to help out, email nswbarista@aasca.com and specify what your keen to help out with. Please provide us with your full name & a mobile contact number.

    Volunteers needed for the following:
    - runners
    - scorekeepers
    - past competition champions to run introduction to competing workshops prior to July 22
    - set up (8am onwards) & pack up (5pm onwards)
    - helpers to assist the baristi at the barista champions espresso bar
    - anyone involved in journalism to assist in creating a press release
    - distributing event promotional cards (advertising the Sydney Latte Art Championships)
    --> cafe owners
    --> baristas
    --> emailing a jpg marketing card
    --> anyone willing to drop off a handful of promotional cards to their local cafes
    --> any other genius ideas you may have

    Please ensure that you communicate via email to nswbarista@aasca.com and not through forums, as I wont be able to check forums as often as email

    Excellent, lets hope the weather is as kind as other years!

    Im sure some CSrs would be happy to drop some cards around to help promote the comp. Might be worth get a few sent to the Sydney bean pickup point for July so that members can grab them from there?

    There is also another Aroma thread where CSrs have been chatting about the day...

    Hi Bree,

    The Overseas Passenger Terminal is the massive big grey building that runs north to south.
    On the attached image, it is where the "D" and "L" letters are
