    10000 CoffeeSnobs Exposed Competition

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
To celebrate the impending 10,000th CoffeeSnobs member into our community we have decided to run another expose CS competition.

Just 18 months ago Meginoz joined CoffeeSnobs as the 5000th member and NE14COFFEE won the 5000th competition for exposing CS to the most people with her very creative and high exposure bendy bus logo!

There were plenty of other great entries too and we all had a good laugh at some of them.

    10000 CoffeeSnobs Exposed Competition

Entry is free, fun and easy.

Expose the CS logo or web address to as many people as possible and/or as creatively as possible. *

Here is a high-res logo that you can download to use for this comp
    http://coffeesnobs.com.au/attachments/CS-mono-1400x2200.zip

Here is the same logo in CoffeeSnobs cotton bag green
    http://coffeesnobs.com.au/attachments/CS-Pantone3308c-1400x2200.zip

    Here is our font:
    http://coffeesnobs.com.au/attachments/papyrus.zip

Take a photo of your entry as validation and post it in this thread. You can enter as many times as you like but each entry will be counted on its own merit. *The winner will be judged by the moderator team and will win first pick from the pool of prizes, the second place finalist will get second choice from the pool etc etc until we run out of prizes.

Entries close when the 10000th member registers.

    Notes: *
We dont encourage anything illegal, please respect other people’s space, place and property and don’t litter or spam!

Online digital images and promotions are allowed but will not be eligible for the major prizes. *You are encouraged to expose CS in real life outdoor situations.

The prize pool will be added to during the competition and this post will be edited to show both the prize and who the kind sponsor of the prize was.

Most of all, enjoy the spirit of the competition and have fun!

Great stuff Ronald, I can see plenty of home roasters sizing that one up and those that missout can get their own from Avacuppa after we hit 10,000 members.

Aady... How about you set the location as a Mandatory field on the CS sign on/up registration.

It would assist all of us in many circumstances when providing help and also usefull for tracking the next 300 members...

Excellent entry AngerManagement. Love the car signs and the coffee area one too. I wonder if the Ballet coffee sponsor would have been happy? Oh well, at least you know the backstage crew had good coffee!

The costume and cast look great and wow, I cannot imagine any of me ever contorting like your daughter... well without he sounds of the snapping or ambulance sirens anyway. Certainly gives new meaning to "can you touch your toes".

You are officially entered when you do something and then post your photo evidence. Have a read of this thread and what is required and then get snapping ;)

    Re: 10000 CoffeeSnobs Exposed Competition

Ok... This means that I have had to go to some sneaky lengths to get the CS logo in the face of coffee drinkers..

So where else but a place that is subject to people who like coffee but may not know about CS..

    HACK a distributer of coffee *:D *;D *:o *8-)

Note: To ensure that CS and the comp is fair.... *I did teh hacking - while hiding from security cameras and others and ONLY then did I advise the Manager of said location. *Thus myself and CSs are in the clear and not subject to any comeback...

I did the drive through first on hands and knees and set it so that every customer would be exposed.. *

The the hard one was the main Sign as the other side is 24 hr monitored by CCT... And I had to pick a time when the Roaster was other wise occupied... OR Ann would have tossed all the failed beans and chaff at me *:D ;D 8-)

PS. *As I was a sign short... I had to remove from the door of my car *:-[ *but that has since been replaced *;D

PS.... Other suppliers (CS and otherwise) need to be very very aware.. AM is on the prowl.

PPS. If the location is hard coded on CS regerstration.. It will give some feedback as to how if at all my attempts have been...

Very funny, Im picturing you in commando paint rolling around the drive-through on your belly. At least the bloke in the black 2-door didnt drive over you.

Now I have to look out for Di Bella stickers on my van as a pay-back.

Hence I have taken care to not put people / companies off side ;)

As an update to the Di Bella visit... I also did the other side of their sign as it is very visable when every one has to stop at the lights... Opps... Must have dropped a spare CS logo when walking past their main table inside... Naughty me :D

    Next target... *MERLO *;)

Well this was a little more interesting for a number of reasons...

Once I was spotted with a camera.. *Concerns were expressed... *Thus I have attempted to ensure privacy is addressed.

1: *Pic one is the CS logo on there outside quick serve table...

2: Pic is on the main entrance

3: Pic is taken from the street....

Note: Not all staff were aware of CS, but I spotted the latest Beanscene mag and was able to demonstrate that I was not another local roaster poching customers...

It was also interesting that a client that came in commented and stated "Thats a good web site". * *If your that person and your reading this... Feel free to make your self known *;)

Let them know it is up...They will need to become CS members...would have loved to taken a cleaner shot... But with no pc etc... A soft pinpoint was the only way to manage privicy of staff and visitors... *
Most of us here at Merlo are members. You should of come out the back and said hello.
Great to hear... *Those I spoke and may have been in the pics, *were not...

But now that I know some one is... *Rest assured I will drop in....

I was a frequent visitor to James street... But parking and access was always an issue... Loved the Cigars and smoking room as well.

PS. I want the little roaster ya have out the front ;D

I had a query from a CSr who was looking for the font in the logo.

Others might have a need for it too:

Nice work AM... although a slightly softer target than your previous roasteries (no crawling around the drive-through)
    ;)

I have just added a CS cotton bag green logo and our font to the first post. It was an off-line request from a CSr so I have posted it here to be fair to everyone.

Good one KK! I used to make those too, Coopers or Bundaberg mostly. Trikes were always good as they used a 6 pack (which is what we charged for making someone a bike at a party).

Na not at all... With my eye sight... Did not even see it as an egg..

But did match 4 out of 5 so guessed it must have been made in your likeness.

1: Same Hair or lack of *;D

2: Same shirt - CS logo hidden on KKs model *:-[

    3: Hard externals - *;)

    4: Soft on the inside - *:o

5: Chin hair - KKs must have had a shave *:-X

    Thus 4 out of 5 *8-)
