I have had Rocky for over five years. Now to get a fine enough grind for a 30 second shot I am one click above the burrs touching. Does this mean I need new burrs? or just cleaning:).
It has only been used in a domestic situation making about five espressos per day

By the way you have written your post Im assuming you have never cleaned this machine? If this is correct, I would start by cleaning it. The gunk that builds up within the grinder is amazing....and the smell....oh the smell :-[ After 5 years of use though, a new set of burrs would not be bad.
