Help. Macap embedded with Vietnamese coffee

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
I need a macap m4/M5 manual (dismantling manual) that is. Any links please? Its interior is now embedded with vietnamese coffee kindly brought back by a thoughtful colleague. Not a grind made it out of the spout from a typical double-shot dose. I can only imagine... And the Yirgacheffe I tried to grind after it didnt make it budge an inch.

It smelled syrupy... felt oily... I think it had some sort of post-roast coating.

Many asian coffees are roasted in butter in a wok. This could be the case here. Its most likely going to be low grade robusta anyway.

I would buy some grindz, dismantle the grinder and begin scraping it out. Once sufficiently clear, run the grindz through it.

    Ahhh. :o

Did. Thanks. Discovered the innards without a manual manual after all. The thought of another day without coffee was too much.

I had grindz on hand but never required... until today, where they were a lifesaver to get some of the remaining superfine pastey gunk out, along with an electric toothbrush which attacked the bulk of it.

And a warning to people who need to remove their micrometric thread: put a mark at your usual grind position on the metal thread piece under the black plastic collar and on the main grinder body.

I unknowingly rethreaded mine starting from a different thread point (there are 3), so now have a different collar grind number position for my base espresso region. And I aint going to shift it all over again then dial it in again and waste another few hundred of the poor Yirg. Ive made enough sacrifices for one day. ;D
