Hi all, I have put a couple of different beans through the Compak lately, namely an SO from Square Mile and Black Cat Espresso blend fron Intelly and both these required quite a drastic change in grind settings from my usual home roast SOs and blends.
What would be the reason for this? Is it just simply the roaster or is there more to it than that?
I have markings on the grinder that I normally work between (maybe 20mm) but both of these required a much coarser grind in fact almost indentical. Started both at 6 days post raost.
