    upgradeitis

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hey all,

Looking at upgrading my iberital challenge doserless. Was thinking either a Mazzer mini or Macap. Have a budget of $500 so obviously need to wait for a 2nd hand one to come up. Is there anything else out there I should be considering around this price range, or should I be patient and wait for either of these to come up? (or someone nice sell me one ;) )

It will be mated to a VBM Domobar Piccolo Levetta, mostly used for espressos...

    Cheers in advance!

A compak K3 touch is not much more than your current budget. It is doserless if thats what you want and is a big jump in quality from the iberital challenge which I used to have.

So if your budget is around $500 to $600ish and your want doserless then this is a real no brainer.

yeah for sure but for an extra 100 or so might save me having to upgrade again in the future.

I would wait and save the extra money needed for a new or reduced demo model
or a CS preloved grinder this may cost you $650 or so
However its new cost would be well over your budget

You may know I recently sold my M4D for $500 less than the new price and it was as new
