The best cheap grinder is the German made *Emide*.
(By the way this is a grinder, not a blade spinner).
What generally happens with cheap grinders is either the motors cant handle the pace and fail (relatively quickly), or the method of adjustment actually doesnt do the job (as in..."adjust" anything).
The Emide is good in both departments and we have sold heaps over the years including to clients that return to buy secondary grinders for the office, house at the coast, their kids etc.
Not suitable for pump driven espresso.
