    Fiorenzato Olympia Advice

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi,

I am new here so i need a whole heap of collective wisdom.

I may be able to purchase a Fiorenzato Olympia (vintage) and i was wondering if it is worth it?

Price is cheap but struggles under load so may need some brushes, assuming that they are fitted with them.

Let me know what your thoughts are.

    cin cin,

    Alex

It may need lots of things........some of which may nolonger be available if as you say it is "vintage"....then cheap price = wasted money.

    Just a thought, but..."vintage" probably = 220 Volts?

I would buy something contemporary that works straight up, but that's just me

    Thanks for the reply.

It is 240V but i just thought that at the price and with a bit of elbow grease, it would look "cool" and may actually grind fairly well too.

I do take your point re the something new though.

    Alex
