Mazzer Mini help
Beans keep getting clogged up in mazzwer mini despite cleaning and installing brand new burrs.
Any help appreciated
Bit more info would help Jim, type and age of beans, level of roast, how fine are you trying to grind.
Have you checked the delivery chute is not blocked?
Do you still have the bean disperser in the bean hopper installed (clear plastic piece that looks a bit like an umbrella)? This is designed to help stop the clogging.
In addition to the question of whether you have removed any dispersion device in the bottom of the hopper,
....are you using a blend with a high proportion of larger than "regular" beans eg maragogipe gigante (or an unblended maragogipe), WIB1 indonesian etc...
....and, grinding too fine?
Using Yirgachef 10 days and Yemen roasted yesterday - both medium roast, not oily at all. Trying to grind for espresso. Can you you send me a photo of clear plastic piece in case I did not put it back after taking it apart.
This is the disperser that is in the hopper.

Hey coyote that's what they all do. I have a little brush which I quickly brush it all out. No biggies
Thanks mmmcoffee..at first I didnt release this ..and good google and saw few ways how to "live with it"
Really I didnt expect this from Mazzer, because I sold my Grinta (Nuova Simonelli) to get something better..
And now ,I bought one little brush for me and my mazzer
This is the little brush I use. Just about all grinders will retain a little bit there.
I upgraded recently from a Rocky and it's quite a big difference! And a lot sexier
