Isomac Granmacinino grinder adjustments?
Hello all. After years of wondering how, today i finally worked out how to pull my grinder apart and clean it thoroughly (finally found the grub screw...). Needless to say, the first shot made after tasted better. I noticed that two screws at the base seemed to be set at heights to limit movement of the grinder beyond the full + and - settings. My question is whether these need to be set at all? ie is there any harm in screwing them down and adjusting across a broader range as i always seem to be grinding at near full - setting to get a fine enough grind for a good pour? Any thoughts appreciated?
