    Rocky burrs

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi guys,

I have had my Rocky now for almost two years, usually employed twice daily in that period. I was wondering what kind of timeline I should be looking at re replacing the burrs. There hasn't been any appreciable change in grind quality or consistency, but I would obviously like to replace the burrs before it becomes a problem.

    Thanks.

    2 x ?? say 20 gms/day = 730 x 0.04 = 29.2 kgs.

Even if the Rocky burrs needed replacing every 300 kgs, that's 10 years at your rate of use!

I think Rocky burrs are 50mm flat 250-300 kgs max.
