    Beans and grind settings

Is there anything about the appearance of the bean that will give you a hint what to set the grinder at? If its a large bean, should you grind finer? Could you bite a bean to give you an idea of its density? Oh wait, thats insane.

    GRINDING BEANS BY APPEARANCE

If beans are whole or in large pieces - Grind
If beans are a powder - Dont grind

(Sorry, the Devil made me do it)
