I cant speak for the KKTO but the peru was the 1st green Id roasted. Fairly easy and forgiving bean to roast IMHO! If you have your cs membership card you can refer to that scale and aim for a cs8 - cs9. Once you have tried a couple of roasts (generally I try it 3 days post roast - others cant wait) youll get a feel and and a taste for how YOU like it! Also get yaself some oneway valve bags from BeanBay for storage.
