22-24 minutes seems an extraordinarily long time for a Hottop roast, indeed any roast. I regularly roast 250 grms to about 15-16 mins. max, with a roast development between first and the onset of second (if I go that far) of 3-4 minutes.
Not sure of your time scaling on your roast monitor but the time between first and second appears very long which, if correct, will only bake your beans.
The latest Hottop roasting instruction book for a Hottop B provides a very helpful 15-16 min roast profile, as does the Hottop USA website.
I too tried the Jamacian Blue Mountain using a couple of slightly different profiles as described above.....Nice and smooth around 7 days but taste not to die for....my roasting limitations I guess.
Hope this helps
