    Storage post roast

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi,

Once roasted, you need to let the beans 'de-gas', right? From what I've read, once cooled, ideally you would pop them in a sealed bag with a one-way valve to store until grinding. Can anyone recommend where to buy these bags from?

    Thanks,

    Paul

The Coffeesnobs Beanbay has them. Otherwise, google for coffee valve bags and you'll get heaps of hits.

Many roasters also supply their product in zipped pouches - these can be washed and reused many times as well
