At the moment I've been working on a blend that taste quite nice.
the four I have been roasting individually are Uganda bugisu, Brazil ruby, epthiopian yirgacheffe and Indian robusta.
Just wondering how they would go getting pre mixed before roasting apart from the Indian robusta as I take that up to 232 degrees C

Is it a washed Yirg, or dry processed?

Doesn't sound like the easiest combo to roast together. It's definitely possible to preblend, but it's not easy getting everything right to achieve the desired result.
