I just bought Behmor 1600 Plus Roaster and I am new in "business"
What is recommended time and temperature to roast 300g of
There's a lot of wisdom on the Behmor threads, and some good resources online elsewhere, but I'd try a few batches of 100-200g first up, get a feel for the roaster and the bean.
In my somewhat limited experience, naturals really benefit from a drawn out drying phase, so I'd try P3 and P5 auto and see how they go.
