I would like to try these beans. Can you suggest a profile to start me off? I like to roast manually.
I just turn my Hottop on and it does it. The only parameter I can control is when to dump the beans which I do before 2nd cracks starts typically at 205C.
I like these beans. Very little chaff and easy to roast.
I assume you have a Behmoor?
I roast P3 in the Behmor, I cool just before second crack or just on.
why you dont try Bali Kintamani?
