    Australian Capricorn Coast  Roast

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Australian Capricorn Coast 630 grams Coretto roast with a "non lemon BB280" bread machine and Bosch digital HG.

The reflections on the CS card were caused by me laminating it!

    FC 14.30mins at 196C
    SC 22 mins at 221C

As this was my first serious attempt with the BB280 a little lower with the HG would have shortened the FC time and consequently shortened the SC time.

They look pretty good - I took the last of mine to CS 11 and I think they would have been better at CS 10. Yours look spot on. I will now have to wait and see if they reappear in bean Bay as they are an excellent bean (for Lattes). :)

mm Looks like a nice job, I do mine in the pan over about 18 minutes.. I also get first crack around that 14 minute mark.
I find that these beans taste there best around the 6-7 day mark, really golden blobby crema, not a bad drop they are.

    Behmor Coffee Roaster
They are certainly better after 7-9 days. I found the early cupping was disappointing (had a burnt flavour) and was about to throw them out but being lazy I left it for 7 days maybe 8 and the flavour was great the burnt aftertaste developed in a dark chocolate flavour and a nutty aftertaste. Very rich dark gold/brown crema ;)
