I roasted some of this from the last bean bay. *Firstly I was surprised at the unevenness of the beans and there were a lot of pearls in it. *The roast went smoothly, for a change. *First Crack was at 11:00 min Second Crack at 14:30 min at a temp of 210C and I stopped the roast at 14:55 min. *The beans were at CS 10 but there were a small handful of beans at about CS 7. *Different but the small was great so I will see how they go in the cup in a couple of days. *
