    Im the wrong person to ask about Brazilian coffees... In general they are a little too subtle for my taste buds and I would prefer a big fat African or Indo coffee.

    Clarexican wrote a positive review in the cupping area and Im sure some other people have positive comments about these beans...

    I cupped some with Jill the other day. Typically for Brazil, fairly subtle with the usual touch of nuttiness. We noted a touch of ferment in the cupping and I really didnt like it- however, when run through the machine things came together and it worked. Id definitely use it as a base for a blend, but it stood up pretty well as a SO ristretto...
