scho047 liked post by Casa Espresso On thread : La Pavoni Cellini - Boiler pressure question
Hi Sho. Yes sounds like a blockage of some sort, perhaps as has been suggested, a vapour lock or maybe the ant vac valve. A little bit of false pressure will prevent the element from kicking...

Your certainly on the right track with the equipment you have. All top quality particularly the Bezzera. Thank you again for your business and congratulations on the ATOM grinder. You are on a...

We always leave the portafilter off the machine and replace it when the machine is turned on. It seems to allow the gasket to relax so forms a good seal without having to tighten the handle very...

Don't lock the portafilter in hard when done for the day - leave it a little loose, will preserve the gasket and hopefully stop this happening after the heat up cycle. When it's time for gasket...

scho047 liked post by Casa Espresso On thread : Pesado Shower screen and basket on La Pavoni Cellini question....
Hi Sho, it is almost impossible for the filter basket to come out of group handle in this manner normally. There should be a retaining spring in the group handle that holds the basket in place. ...

Yeah it does--I was reading some of the other threads where people decided to go HX . . . Hmmmm. Well, I'll contact him after my wife goes overseas and I have some time (end of the month) and then...

Your machine is fine - if it reads 10-12 bar on the blind filter the pump and bypass/over pressure are doing what they're supposed to. Adjust your grind and dose out 10-15g, throw it out, and dose...

It is probably the beans aging you need to adjust the grinder every couple of days to keep the same pour /pressure and you will need to adjust it again when changing beans
