    Physical Low Fat Frothing?

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Just switched to a different brand of milk after the last shop to see how change in brand affects the end product.

I was having terrible trouble frothing the Physical Low Fat Milk weve always had, but as soon as i tried 1/3 jug of smarter white milk, i had luscious foam in minutes?

Has Anyone else found anything similar? Is there something different you have to do with some skim milks? :D

    hehe no problem.

I think it was my technique. I tried half smart / physical and it was fine...

then later tried just the physical again and it was fine!!!

Congratulations / Well done and at least you recognise it. Many do not even after years and often just point at the milk..

A bad tradesman always blames his tools.. The rest of us just make slight adjustments to the process and it works. All teh raw product and machines are dynamic and thus change is upon us every minute of teh day.

    REPENT and get a nespresso :D ;D :o

    Have a good weekend ;)
