    Problems creating microfoam

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
I own gaggia coffe deluxe. I have problems creating microfoam, every time i try to steam milk everything is good but on the end i have milk bubbles on the top and when i put milk in the first coffee i get only milk foam on the top of the coffee...The second coffee is good and the foam is like it should be. What i am doing wrong? What should i try to eliminate that foam bubbles on the top of the milk?

Try banging the jug on the bench top gently this will pop most of the bigger bubbles.

Try lowering the tip into the milk just before you turn the steam off.

Not forgetting to blow the residue milk out of the wand once you done.

    Hope that helps.
