Low Fat Lactose Free Milk
Liddell's Dairy make a 99% fat free lactose free milk. Available in Perth, seen it in IGA and Woolworths. Makes excellent micro foam
Taste is excellent, hardly discernable from LF full cream.

Reason: typo should be 99%
what does 90% fat free mean in this context, given that normal milk is 96% fat free?
(I've been drinking the Paul's Zymilk, available in 0%, 2%, and 4% fat varieties. I've never had enough at one sitting to trigger my lactose intolerance, but I don't know if they've perfectly balanced the lactose/lactase dosing.)
sorry typo... 99% fat free: 1g of fat (total) per 100ml
Coconut Milk from So Delicious. I'm a full fat drinker, but I tried this at work, and it's actually such a great alternative to soy. Not too sure If it's low fat however but textures well and does not impede on the flavour of the beverage.
