So how much milk?
Ok so I'm a noob and have my coffee course booked in next month but just wondering
If I have a 350ml cup, 30ml is coffee does that mean I am topping up with 320ml of milk?
It all depends on what coffee you are making or how you like it.
The correct answer is between 0 and 320ml as it will overflow.
If you like milk drinks and are chasing down what size a cappuccino or latte or flat white should be then it's open to interpretation. However 350ml is a fairly large cup.
....and that would be 320ml of microfoam, which would actually represent a smaller volume of milk.
