    Breville Oracle - Microfoam

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi All,

    1. Can someone please help me how to adjust the volume of 1 cup & 2 cups of the Oracle? It gives too much water like: 2 cups will be 7oz and it's not right.
    2. I frothed milk with the auto function and it looked like it was a white paint liquid but when I poured into the cup, it didn't give me the foam to draw the art. I know I'm just a newbie and don't have skill in doing that but I want to make the microfoam like all the videos show on YouTube.

All i could get is a failure... Help please... Thank you.

    Hi Vivian,

I am a newbie as well, I will try and help you out as I also have an Oracle machine.

    1. With regards to the flow of your pour it sounds like it is under extracting, this can be controlled by the grind the finer (lower number on the dial) the slower it will flow out, you will just have to play around with it a bit.

    2. With the texturing of the milk, if you want micro foam press the dial on the right hand side, if you press it once the temperature adjustment will flash, press it again this will allow you to play with the texturing, wind it down to the bottom for a latte texture and wind it upwards for a cuppachino texture, which I think is what you want.

    I hope this helps.
