    Noisy wand

I have a Saeco Royal Professional (7 years old) and it has two frothing devices. One is the venturi capacinatori which is fine, the other is the pressure adjustable steam wand. This wand produces good froth, but is extremely noisy with a high pitched 'scream' that varies with relative position in the milk pitcher.
Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.
The wand seems to be a simple pipe with one hole at the milk end.
    Thanks in advance.

The screeching sound is usually an indication that there isn't enough air being introduced with the steam. That might be because your steam wand is immersed too deeply into the milk.

Flynnaus is right but teaching milk texture in words is a hard thing to do!
Go to youtube and search milk frothing & milk steaming Plenty there to help you.

Thanks to the two responders to my query regarding frothing milk.
I followed your advice and downloaded a few videos on the subject.
My question is answered perfectly - thanks again.
