    surprised nobody spotted the hourglass coffee brewer (its a fancy cold press maker by the looks of it and the article)

    Are you talking about the Chemex pot?



    If so thats a hot water brewer, not a room temp brew method. :)

    Yes there is, you need to scroll down a bit to see the Aeropress also mentioned is Cold Press or Toddy system

    He does have a Mazzer SJ

    Yeah, its just a wannabe trendy looking rig for making CP. At twice the price of the Toddy with only a small fraction of the capacity it appears to be yet another over-priced yuppie I wannabe cool item with little practical value. Good luck cleaning all the nooks and crannies of it too.
