You quickly get creative by learning the art of bean roasting. ;D Then you learn the art of having to wait for the beans to rest...still, at least you can look at them. :D

Just want to clarify that the service is wonderful, the 3-5 day wait is just regular delivery times for a non express parcel and that by site sponsor I was not referring to beanbay :D

As SG said, home roasting helps.
When Im being lazy or wanting a change, I just go for a drive to my nearest favourite roasters; cuppacoffee for example.

Hehe well as a babySnob this is my very first fresh roasted bean purchase :) so... Im a little over excited / impatient.

The merlo doesnt count as fresh roast IMO but they were my first whole beans!!

Not like you to miss the plural.
It takes almost as long to get to Hazels as it does to visit Dennis, depending on traffic.

Curiosity got the better of me.
According to mynrma.com.au its 15km or 28 minutes to Dens and 10km or 20 minutes to Hazels.

Under 30 minutes in either case for a great coffee.

I envy your choice. *Only about 18 hours to the nearest sponsor *:( by road that is.
