You know you are making a lot of coffee when...

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
My 2-year-old daughter loves to help with the washing up every day. Usually she will pretend to "make coffee" in the water. Today, she was using a coffee mug and the milk jug, pouring water into the mug from the jug. The thing that really struck me was that as she was pouring, she was rocking the jug in a similar manner to what I do when attempting latte art. She was excited to be "making coffee mummy"...
I know that she is watching everything, but it is not often that she sees me pouring the milk, so it was very amazing to watch!
It also tells me that I make a lot of coffee at home... ::)

ha ha thats adorable, I have a 2 year old little girl too and she loves to watch me making coffee as well, when the grinder starts up she says "ohh wow". She ejoys her "coffee" - steamed milk. Yes I have seen kids coffee machines at our local toy store.

My daughter is similar when the grinder starts up. She shouts out "NIOSE!" and then starts running around gabbling loudly ;D

We had a SMO (Staff Morale Officer) who I was also training up in the art of coffee making. She was all of 2 as well. She used to make her parents feel embarrassed to go into cafes when they were away as shed insist on being taken around the back of the coffee machine, something that they tried to teach her was only allowed at my work and not every where else!!

She also used to make the "ssh ssh" noise of the steam frothing the milk! ;D
