I have not been on for a while as we have been busy with the new arrival or our baby daughter Kate.

She was born on 24th October (8 weeks prem) Mum is home but Kate is still in hospital to grow a bit more before coming home. *She weighed 4lb 2 or 1875g

All is good just need to grow more. *We hope to have her home within the next 2-3 weeks.

Re: Welcome to the world Kate

    Nice Pics.
I was 8 weeks prem but that was back in the 60s and i have never seen photos of myself at that stage but i was 4lb something in weight. I guess i must have been the same size, all my old man ever says is that i was like a skinned rabbit.

Your pics have put some perspective on this.
Babies always seem so fragile even when normal weight so this must seem more so in your case.
Hope all continues to go well for you all.

Congrats and glad to hear that things are travelling OK. 8 weeks prem is a scary thought!
Hopefully Kate will be home shortly and that she can start to chunk up a bit to help her through.
Hope you guys are doing OK. You must be racking up the frequent flyer points to the hospital - I hope they charge for parking!

Hope to see the "at home" picks soon.

Congratulations Steve, 8 weeks early is pretty scary, but 24 October (a fabulous date to be born ;) ) makes for very strong Scorpio characteristics, so shell be a fighter.

Aaw, what a cutie Steve. Kate looks to be doing well enough to gnaw on a turkey drumstick for Christmas.

    All the very best!

Congrats. I wish the family well. I was a premy and fitted in a shoe box when they took me home. Now 180cm and 100Kg + - it didnt affect me in the long run. ;)
