    Pork ribs for dinner.

BBQ pork ribs for dinner this evening, 3 hrs in the oven @ 150c then finished on the BBQ with a liberal application of smokey BBQ sauce, bewdiful.
I know it ain't the Australian way of cooking em, so as a concession to Aussie nationalism, for dessert, a Pavlova with lashings of cream and strawberries.
