    Besides the obvious coastal outlet,

    Re: Geelong surfcoast coffee

I have not been to Panini yet,

however Ken lives up the road a little from me and has since been in here!!

Unfortunately, I was not in the shop at the time to say hi.

The only other staff member that is able to make coffee is JA and he told her where he was from and had been on this

site, well she told me she went to pieces and was so worried reckoned it was the worst coffee she had made ( couldnt be

ivehad some shockers before training days!!)

Anyway I rang Ken said gday and he told me the coffee was good.

perhaps he was being polite but anyway JA is breathing again now!!

    I went to Panini today,hmmm,

    you know what ?

It was such a delight to watch someone at the helm of a machine that really looked like he

loved what he was doing and then backed it up with a truly yummy coffee,

I asked for a long black with less rather than more water,

usually I ask for a double but i thought that if the coffee was good enough here

and water level not over the top I should get a good brew.

    And that it was,

    thank you Ken.

The double ristretto for desert was delicious also!!!!!
