    Question re: Member Status Descriptions

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
So after inflicting 50 posts on the unsuspecting (and possibly undeserving) CoffeeSnobs fraternity, I notice that my membership description has changed from being a "Greenbean" to "Roastsabit".

Just out of curiousity, what are the categories and thresholds (post Nos) that apply to describe someone as their post tally goes up? (not that it really matters, just curious).

    Cheers,

    CQ

    Re: Question Member Status Descriptions

Im not really qualified to answer this, but Im up late at night and nothing to do, so heres my lame attempt:

The categories can be found at the bottom of the Home page and they are as follows: GreenBean, Roastsabit, RegularRoaster, Roastsalot and OlSmokey.

As for the thresholds for each, someone more qualified will have to answer that one.

CQ - I think it goes:

    <50 GreenBean,
    >50 Roastsabit
    >100 RegularRoaster
    >250 Roastsalot; and,
    >500 OlSmokey.

    Yeah,

I suggested some time ago that those >= 2000 are

    "Charcoal" or maybe "HasBean"

Could also be considered "Obsessive Compulsive CoffeeSnob" - OCC for short

    ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Re: Question re: Member Status Descriptions

Seems to be some disproportion in the higher-post catagories.

Obviously, 1000 is a milestone, and 1500 and 2000... yet they are all equally catagorised.

And if knighthoods are dished out for the 250 mark.... what gong for JavaB et al?
