At least West is on a Kwaka about time he had a decent ride, lets hope they look after him like Ducati (notice I put capital D Scootz!) has looked after Stoner.
Wouldnt it be great to see the three Aussies on the podium
    Stoner, Vermulan and Westy.
Hey Scootz I thought those Ducs were just cafe to cafe transport? hehehe just kiddin, I still want an old 749 with the square lights before they started using those loungeroom round halogens :) :D

Go Dukes!!! ;D (and Casey, Chris & Ant) ;),

Cafe racers indeed Sullo :o.... Used to leave those wannabes behind eating my dust on pretty well every Duke Ive ever owned, from 450 Desmo right through to a 900ss Imola 24Hr Replica (Only a couple of doz. brought into the country).

Always loved em right from the first one I ever owned, and that was after a few pommy specials before that.... a couple of Triumphs (Trophy and Bonneville), Nortons (750 & 850 Commando). My brother has always been big on Japanese bikes but after riding a couple of em and feeling that I was trying to steer through a bowl of jelly :(, that was enough for me.

Would love to be there on the Island though..... have to be a great weekend :),

We were out shopping and watched the end of the race on one of the big screens in the store. In the end there were about 20 of us all saying how great Ducatis are. Of course we expected them to win they are the best.

Yeah, you might say that, Sullo... ;)

Actually, interesting that Ducati is doing so well with the 800cc engine yet the others just arent in the game...isnt it??

But I didnt say Kawasaki was the best, although we are a dedicated bunch :)
I do love the sound of the 996 that starts up across the road most weekends, funny thou that the rider always stalls it halfway down his driveway, rider error no doubt.
I wouldnt turn down a ride on one thou... you offering? :D

hey Scootz wasnt it World Superbike series that Ducs dominated the field not tha tmany years ago? I recall it being called World Ducati Bike Series as I think most competitors rode them? That sound right to you?
I dont follow SBK much just the GP and Aus series.

No, no offers are currently coming from this quarter! Sorry, I dont let anyone else ride the bike! :o :D ;D

I think that Ducati were up in Superbikes, but I think they also had good riders on board too. My other half had been watching the Superbike series because the Ducatis were doing well there and not so good in MotoGP, if I recall correctly!
